Telugu language is a very good language to absorb any word from any language.
Your True Translation of Computer Jargaon into New Telugu Words shall not be useful for any Computer learning Telugu people. Because, people having computer knowledge will have the knowledge of English words only and if you create new words for these computer words further it will be complicate and does not serve any purpose and people tend to ignore it and whole your effort will not become much useful.
For any English word in telugu we simply add some acchulu and we telugise the word. for example road-roddu, vote-votu, etc. so my sincere advice is not to make exercise on this area instead you can divert and develop someother areas which are more useful for telugu speaking people and also other language people.
